The Emerald Coast Southern Gospel Music Association was founded on May 21, 1998 in Panama City, Florida. The Association consists of a Board of Directors, Advisory Council and Members. The association was organized for the purpose of promoting the Gospel of Jesus Christ through Southern Gospel Music; to seek and mentor developmental artist and groups; to encourage the established ministries and to assist and support all ministry teams in reaching more people for Christ; provide opportunities for those who love Southern Gospel Music to attend concerts featuring local, regional and national artists.
